Discussing the Function of Developing Financial Engineering to Raising the Financial Efficiency of China

Abstract

In the finance reform, China should pay attention to the financial efficiency. Financial engineering represents the direction of finance. Financial engineering and finance efficiency have inner-relation. China should develop financial engineering actively in order to raise the finance efficiency to realize the sustaining development. The essay begins with the implication of finance efficiency, and introduces the present situation of China. The essay also explains the necessity of developing financial engineering. In the light of problems in the finance reform, the essay gives some suggestions.
