Investigation on Current Status of Student's Learning Body Building in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges of Henan Province

Analyzed aspects of the motivation that college students in Henan province to participate in body building and the factors that influence college students to do body building,revealed the existing problems,and put forward suggestions on improving study efficiency of body building course in order to provide reference to the rapid and sound development of body building in ordinary undergraduate colleges of Henan province.
