Abstract
Today,in the society,the contribution of the services industry,which has become the leading role on increasing employment and restructuring of the economy,for the national economy has been more and more,turning to be one of a dominant industries on building of an entrepreneurs-oriented city.In response to this trend,it has been the consensus for the government to renew the concept of development and promote the service sector,in particular,the modern service industry development.Based on the analysis of changing trend in status of the service industry,the point is to forecast the positive influence on employment and the building of a Entrepreneurship-oriented City and offer policy recommendations for the local government.
