Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and polymorphism of Axin in brain tumor stem cells and neural stem cells. To provide an evidence for clinical diseases. Methods Choose the neural stem cells and aglioma stem cells, investigate expression Axin in brain tumor stem cells and neural stem cells by RT-PCR and DNA Sequencing, contrasted to Genebank Axin. Results The cells that were isolated from brain tumors and the neural stem cells form neurospheres. The expression comparability of Axin is 75.6﹪ in brain tumor stem cells and neural stem cells. Conclusion Axin gene could express normally in neural stem cells and very low in aglioma stem cells.
