Abstract
The optimum extraction technological condition of alkaloids from C.chinensis by complex enzyme method was studied by determining alkaloids content in C.chinensis using Reversed-Phase HPLC.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions included 1∶0.3 of cellulase∶pectinase,pH 4.5 and 45℃ for 3h.The alkaloids extraction rate of the complex enzyme method from C.chinensis was higher than the traditional extraction method.
