This text introduced environmental impact assessment the object and time of public participation in the evaluation and elaborated in common use method of public participation and characteristics and inquired into wreath reviewing to develop the problem that public participation should pay attention to from public participation implementation process,and put forward some perfect suggestions of being good for public participation system.
