Abstract

Currently the ministries and general administrations simply go on their own ways and bring a variety of city names,such as the Green City,Forest City,Landscape City,Ecological Landscape City,and Garden City.In view of the overall goal of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and from the three aspects of the charm,historical achievements and long-range goals of shan-shui city,it is proposed to take the natural landscape of city as the terrain framework to make urban plan,and the ultimate direction of urban construction is to build shan-shui city.
