On Renedies of the Right to Housing in South Africa

The housing right is a basic human right in South African constitution of 1996,which belongs to socio-economic rights of the second general rights.According to the precedents in South African courts,the relief of housing right doesn’t need the government to provide for every citizen,but need the government to design a workable plan for the vulernable group within available sources on the basis of distributive justice of social interestes,and realize the goal of occupants having their houses gradually.Reference to South African experience,our country may confirm citizens’ right to housing through amending constitution and legislation,and construct perfect remedies system of the right to housing.
