Abstract
Objective To access the accuracy and possibility of 64-slice Spiral CT in estimating the coronary artery stenosis. Methods From July 2007 to June 2008, a trial of 60 patients who were diagnosed coronary artery disease discharged from shanghai chest hospital were taken 64-slice Spiral CT and coronary angiography, then a contrast study was taken between two of them. Results Taking coronary angiography as gold standard, The sensitivity 、specificity 、positive and negative predictive value of 64-slice Spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis (≥50%) is 89%、81%、67% and 95%. Conclusion 64-slice Spiral CT has a high accuracy in diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis and can be regard as one of no-trauma methods to diagnose coronary artery disease.
