Abstract
Objective:To study the main risk factors of recurrent ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods:The clinical data in 30 cases of recurrent ischemic cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The main risk factors of recurrent ischemic cerebral infarction were hypertensive disease history, hyperlipemia, diabetes mellibus, smoking, stroke history and transient cerebral ischemic attack. The incidence rate exhibited a ascending tendency along with the increase of age,and was higher in males than in females. The attack sites lied mostly in basal ganglion region. Conclusion:Controlling the foregoing risk factors well possesses an essential clinical significance for preventing the occurrence of recurrent ischemic cerebral infarcion and improving the prognosis of this disease.
