Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of hemodynamics during orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods The Swan-Ganz catheter was set and the hemodynamics were monitored continuously during operation in eighteen patients with the end-stage liver diseases undergoing OLT under combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia.ECG,SpO2 and PETCO2 were recorded as well. Results At anhepatic stage, cardiac output(CO),pulmonary wedge pressure(PAWP),central venous pressure(CVP) and cardiac index(CI) were all decreased significantly compared with those at pre-anhepatic stage(P0.01 or P0.05).But at neohepatic stage,PAWP and CVP were increased significantly(P0.01 or P0.05),while MAP decreased(P0.01).SVR and SVRI increased significantly at 10minutes after anhepatic stage(P0.01).Conclusion The changes of homodynamics mainly occurred at anhepatic and early neohepatic stage during OLT and comprehensive treatments should be taken timely to keep the homodynamics stable.
