Abstract
A class of nonlinear autonomous SEIR Model with vaccination immunization is studied, and obtained threshold which determines disease extinction or not.By means of Liapunov function, orbital stability and composite matrix, proved disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium existence and global stability.
