Abstract
The grafting copolymerization was synthesized with initiator prepared by ourselves, based on starch, acrylamide and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride by aqueous solution polymerization. The optimum conditions were the dosage of initiator 1.0‰,the mass ratio of acrylamide to acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and starch 4.2∶2.8∶3,reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 4h,grafting yield 142.3%,intrinsic viscosity[η]446.9 ml·g~(-1),the cationic degree 22.1%,the grafting copolymerization was token by IR.The experimental results showed that the grafting copolymerization on the industrial wastewater was obvious.
