Abstract
This paper has presented the thermodynamics action of crystal based on the Debye model.In high frequency section,the gap looks larger between frequency spectrum function of Debye model and the curve of experiment.Therefore we must consider about the collision among the phonons in high section and we have made some modification about Debye model,what we got is that the frequency function of the crystal approaches the curve of experiment better and reflects the transformation discipline more precisely between high temperature and low temperature and the specific heat capacity of the new model can be close to the curve of experiment as well as the Debye model.
