China's foreign direct investment has different characteristics in different stsges.At present,its features include the scale of foreign investment is growing rapidly,the field and the region of investment are concentrated,the main investor is state-owned enterprises,while the investment of private firms develops rapidly,forms of capital,financing mode,the implementation and path of foreign investment is diverse,countries are gradually increasing policies and measures for foreign direct investment in many aspects,such as legal,fiscal,tax and finance.
