The Basic Ideas of E-government Information Architecture Set

At present,in the construction of China's e-government,the government applications has lagged behind and is weak which fundamental reason is that the governmental function transformation is not in place.It should be under the guidance of such basic concepts as the new government ideas,service management concepts and limited government,set up information windows of government applications in e-government.
