Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of orbit blow-out fracture reposited through nasal sinues. Methods Adopting caldwed-luc's operation and ethmild sinus operation under nasal endoscope surgery to treat orbit inferior wall and lamina papyracea fracture. Results 40 cases of 45 patients haven't diplopia and enophthalmos,effect of 5 cases patients is not satisfactory for varying degree extraocular muscles injury. Conclusion Orbit fracture reposit through sinus operation has obvious advantage.
