Abstract

Utilization of the 10 inbred lines of maize and matching the 24 hybrids as materials.By measuring 12 indicators for the Maize seedling emergencestage under drought stress the relative germination ratio,roots relative growth,Sprout index of drought resisting,leaf relative water content,seedlings drought stress survival rate,seedling plant height and so on.Utilization of the gray correlation,Hybrid heterosis and Parent-offspring correlation analysis of corn shoots and identify the drought resistance indicators for evaluation and selection.The results showed seed Germination index-tolerance,seedling survival rate can be defined as selection of the drought resistance indexes in maize seedling emergencestage resistance of the primary indicators;Root relative growth,relative water content,seedling height and relative germination rate as selection of the drought resistance indexes in maize seedling emergencestage resistance of the secondary indicators.
