Abstract

As a practical law worker, I approve of the theory of transformation of the basic mode of action in civil cases, in spite of that, I find out that the analysis of the theory relies on the jurisprudence, lacking empirical argumentation, but the practical experience in the legal affairs can help to offer a practical interpretation to the theory.
