Abstract
The effect of fluctuation in charging temperature and mix loading of hot billets with cold billets during hot delivery and hot charging of the continuous cast billets on the drawing performance of rods is analyzed. The high quality coils with good drawing performance can be produced with continuous cast without defects and control of billet supply time to meet all the requirements of the customers and gain remarkable economic benefits.
