Abstract

The primary and second speciation of six trace elements in Fructus Phyllanthi are determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.N-octanol/water system is proposed to simulate the distribution of the trace elements in the gastric and intestine of the human body. The results show that the content characters of six elements in Fructus Phyllanthi primary sample are as follows:Ca﹥Mg﹥Fe﹥Mn﹥Zn﹥Cu.The total extraction rations of six elements are in the range of 39.06~92.41% and leached-residue ratio in the range of 7.30~151.0%.The residue rations of Cu and Zn are higher(77.46% and 61.59%)than those of other elements. The residue ration of Mg is the least(21.47%).The contents of six elements in particulate are far more than that in dissolved.Six elements exist mostly in inorganic forms after extraction of CHCl3.The contents of free ions form of Mn and Mg are more than 75%.Relatively,the resolution acidity has bigger impact upon the distribution of Mn,Zn and Ca than those of other elements in the medium of n-octanol/water system.
