Abstract
p 53 gene in human hepatoma cell line QGY-7703 was studied wjth following methods: 17 p alleles analysis, PCR-SSCP, RT-PCR/sequencing, Northern blot, immunohistochemistry, Western blot and immunoprecipitation. There may exist allelic loss in the vicinity of p 53 gene on chromosome 17 p. Whereas no any point mutations were found in the coding region of p 53 gene in the cell, Northern blot and immunoprecipitation experiments showed its expre-ssion is quite low, which may be relative with the malignancy of the cell.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
