Abstract
According to Liaoning Province coastal shelterbelt system which was built in the first and the second phase project.The main problems were analyzed and discussed.And in accordance with the existing problems,from the development ideas and the general layout,construction and security measures,the constructive countermeasures were put forward in order to improve the construction of coastal shelter forest system in Liaoning Province and to service development in the coastal economic zone
