Clinical Pathologic Observation:Primary Thyroid Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the pathological features and differential diagnosis of primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods Examining the clinical and pathological features of two cases of primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,by using the LCA,CD20,CD79α,CD3,CD45RO,CEA,TG,TTF-1 and other immunohistochemical staining to assist diagnosis and literature was reviewed.Results The primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma had histological feature as polymorphous,was difficult to be diagnosed by pathologists,and immunohistochemistry B cell markers(+).Conclusion The primary thyroid diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,which is highly invasive,is a rare kind of diseases and easily missed in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Thus,an accurate and complete pathological diagnosis is very important for the clinical treatment and prognosis.Iimmunohistochemistry staining is important in diagnosing the disease.
