Abstract
A method was established for simultaneous determination of ametryn and diuron residues in sugarcane and soil by HPLC.Samples were extracted with methanol and dichloromethane, cleaned up with neutral alumina column, and determined by HPLC.The lowest detection limit for ametryn was 1.2×10-9 g and diuron was 1.5×10-9 g.The lowest detectable concentration for ametryn residues in soil and sugarcane were 0.015,0.02 mg/kg,the method recoveries were 82.12-90.97%,85.89-92.26%,the relative standard deviations were 1.70-5.73%,0.40-5.78%.The lowest detectable concentration for diuron residues in soil and sugarcane were 0.01,0.02 mg/kg.The method recoveries were 80.93-82.19%,81.81-87.81%,the relative standard deviations were 2.34-8.60%,0.35-6.20%.
