Through investigating on the equipment of network system which suffered from the thunder and Lightning damage,this article finds out the relation between the thunder and lightning damaging the equipment of network system and the power of ground resistance of the power supply system's neutral point,and the install position,etc.Analyzing the path from which the thunder and lightning invade the network system,in the principle to be practical,low cost and so on,from the aspects of technology and management,this article puts forward measures which prevent thunder and lightning from invading indoor and damaging the network equipment.
