Quantitative Analysis and Forecast on Urban Land Use Structure Change——Take Harbin as an Example

Reasonable land use structure is precondition of healthy development in society.This paper evaluates land use structure change in Harbin and its eight districts and ten counties by selecting the quantity of land types 1996-2006 and establishing judge model in the recent years.The result indicates that there exist plenty of irrationalities in land use structure.On the basis of land use actuality,this paper takes expectation optimization to land use structure of 2010 by forecast model,and a series of methods,then makes land use structure get optimization on economy,ecology and environment benefits.
