Inventory Management and Control in Modern Enterprise

At present,high profits which enterprise general pursue are in contradiction to a large number of inventory backlog,this paper is based on analysis of enterprise inventory management problems, proposing to implement a scientific method of inventory management,which emphasis on JIT,production methods,zero inventory management methods and means of supply chain management.
