Abstract
A systematic analysis of the integrated balun circuits based on the principle of transformers is presented.Firstly, the characteristics of an ideal transformer is discussed. Then, equivalent circuits for an actual balun are presented, where the standard and mixed-mode S-parameters for the baluns are derived. Finally,ADS simulation results for balun circuits are presented to validate the developed balun analysis models.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
