Abstract
Objective:Study on oral lichen planus(OLP) in patients with salivary and serum interleukin-10(IL-10) expression and their correlation,In order to further understand the feasibility of IL-10 in saliva of patients with OLP instead of blood as a biological sample to study of oral lichen planus Method:The experiments were divided into three groupsOLP erosion Group 15,OLP non erosive Group 15,control group 15.The content of IL-10 of serum and saliva of three groups of objects were measured by ELISA,and analyze the results. Result:The level of IL-10 in serum of OLP erosion group for(30.11± 3.02)pg/mL,significantly higher than that in non erosive group(19.03±3.33) pg/ml and normal control group(16.43±2.19) pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);IL-10 OLP erosion group saliva average(10.05±3.12)pg/mL was significantly higher than non erosion group(5.50±1.1)pg/mL and the normal control group(4.47±1.7)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);the level of IL-10 into two experimental groups in serum and saliva of positive correlation,(r=0.731,P 0.01). Conclusion:The experimental group in serum and saliva were highly correlated with IL-10 level, can be studied in OLP IL-10 by examining the saliva instead of blood level.
