Abstract

Objective To explore the pathogenesis and treatment Of Acute pancreatitis with the etiology of liver damage.Methods To analysis s the 30 cases of acute pancreatitis and liver damage from 2003.Results ①alanine aminmransferase(ALT)increased l6 cases(53.3%),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)increased 12 cases(40.0%),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)increased l3 Example(43.3%),16 cases of elevated total bilirubin(53.3%),14 cases ofelevated direct bilirubin(46.7%).12 cases of lower albumin(40.0%).②18 cases of gallstone pancreatitis,15 cases of liver damage(83.3%);non-biliary pancrcatitis in 12 cases,9 cases of liver damage(70%).Conclusion Acute pancreatitis complicated with liver damage should be the treatment ofprimary disease as well as symptomatic treatment.
