Abstract

There is debate on the relationship between strategic planning and strategic thinking in theoretical community. This article has summarized the main critic views on the strategic planning, and the views about the relationship between strategic planning and strategic thinking. And then, the author has analyzed the dialectical relationship between strategic planning and strategic thinking, and proposed the realizing mechanism.
