Abstract
The quality requirements for medical oxygen and the working principle of pressure swing adsorption(PSA)process are introduced, then the medical oxygen production by PSA process is reviewed from the aspects of molecular sieve adsorbent modification, multi-stage PSA process, coupling process of PSA and membrane separation and etc. The problems and prospective of PSA process for medical oxygen production are also pointed out.
