Abstract
The education and training for the farmers has yielded not only the fruits of success but also the following problems: the irrelevance of the education and training to the farmers’demand;inadequate project supervision and management;imperfect training system and insufficient input.The comprehensive quality of the so called left-behind farmers need to be improved as a whole,for they have no interests in free training and even most of them are forced to accept such training.It is urgent for the governments at all levels to solve these problems so as to effectively carry out this project benefiting the farmers.
