On the Concept of Administrative Private Law Behavior

Administrative private law behavior of public administration in modern service concept is developing vigorously,but it's concepts in different countries have their own identification standard.This paper tries to define the concept of behavior in comparison,and believes it should be public law property in general.With the application of the stereotype method,it aims to determine the properties of public or private law,summarizes the types of administrative private law behavior extension and clarifies the extension of behavior of administrative private lawr.
