Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the research progress and clinical application of PGE5 inhibitor.METHODS:By collecting and reviewing the literatures at home and abroad. RESULTS CONCLUTION:With the development of the society,sex health has been gradually paid attention to. PDE5 inhibitor was an breakthrough of drug research in the 90s, of 20th century,which made the characters of the drugs turn from the treatment to the improvement of the life quality. PDE5 inhibitor can increase the level of cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cAMP),promote male penis erect,so it obtains patients, commendation. Sildenafil sold on the market has provided a perfect result of treating ED,this indicates a new start of course of development.
