Abstract

The estimative reliability model involving the residual life of the high temperature boiler pipe of steam-generator has been established by using of reliability theory and fraction criterion of life loss. Through some practical examples, the contrast analysis to the different modes has been carried out. Then, an accurate method, which can predict the reliability residual life to the boiler pipe of steam-generator has been got. This method will provide a scientific basis for the operators to apple and manage properly the high temperature boiler pope of steam-generator.
