The theories and characteristics of several molecular marking technique have clarified,and their applications in plant genetic polymorphism and genetic relationship,establishment of DNA fingerprinting pool,construction of genetic map and marker-assisted selection breeding. The orientation of molecular marker's application in plant genetics and breeding is put forward.
