Clinical analysis of 40 pregnant women with thrombocytopia

Abstract

Objective To Investigate the cause and optimal management of pregnant women with thrombo cytopll.Methods The outcome of 40pregnancies with thrombocytopenla was analyzed respectively.Amount of blood platelet was increased by giving prednlsone,immuneglobulln and transfuslon.Results Cases of gregnancles with thrombocytopenlawere 18 gestltatlonal thrombocytopenla,6 HELLP syndrome,4 idlopathlc thrombocytopenla purpura(ITP),1 aplastlc anemia and 9 hypersplenlsm.Among 40 pregnant women,premature delivery,vaglnal delivery and cesarean section were 4,8 and 28 cases respcetlvely.Conclusion The managing etlology,monitoring fetues,Increasing amount of blood platelet and preventing postpartum hemorrhage are important principle to get good outcome of pregnancy with thrombocytopenla.
