Aandysis of results surveillance of BMI and blood lipid from 8-16 years old children in pingdingshan.

Objective To understand the blood lipid levels of children,and investigate the influence of BMI to blood lipid,it will provide basic data to prevent cardiovascular disease since childhood.Methods random sampling from 8-16 years old children in the Pingdingshan city,to examine and inspect their blood TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.Results 256 students were examined,TC is(3.511±0.770) mmol/L,TG is(0.962±0.321)mmol/L,HDL-C is(1.146±0.244)mmol/L and LDL-C is(1.757±0.622,)mmol/L.The prevalence is higher in female than male of all the four index(p0.05),There is a negative corrpellation betten TC LDL-C and age(r=-0.184.-0.267,0.232 p0.01)mmol/L,There is a positive correlation between TG LDL-C AND age(r=0.213,0.232,p0.01)mmol/L.The TG levels of overweight and fatness are both higher than normal children,The overweight is higher than fatness(p0.01),The HDC-C levels of overmeight is lower than normal children(p0.01),WHR is positive correlation to male's TC level(r= 0.202) and negative correlation to female's HDL-C level(r=-0.223) There are remarkable difference them(p0.05).Conclusions The blood lipid levels of children in Pingdingshan are slightly lower than ones in other city;overweight and obesitas,age,sex,WHR is the main affecting factor of the blood lipid levels.
