Abstract
Integrity management for new pipeline design and construction is an essential safety foundation for pipeline operation.Only by carrying out integrity management measures through risk assessment,design risk mitigation equipments,can the essential risk be reduced and the foundation for pipeline safety operation be laid.Current situation and characteristics of integrity management for the new pipeline overseas are provided.After discussing the demands of new pipeline management in China and its research and application in the future,the paper brings forward concepts and principles for the integrity management and management frame of the new pipeline,and provides a scientific and feasible management mode for the new pipeline.
