Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Premature Ovarian Failure Treated with Zishen Yijing Huoxue Tang

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on premature ovarian failure(POF)treated with zishen yijing huoxue tang.Methods 100 cases were randomized into two groups.In a treatment group(50 cases),zishen yijing huoxue tang was prescribed.In a control group(50 cases),liuwei dihuang wan was prescribed.The treatment of 3 months was taken as 1 session in two groups.The treatment lasted for 2 sessions.The total effective rate,the levels of serum IL-2,TNF-α,E2,FSH and LH,the dynamic ovarian blood flow and clinical symptom score were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and was 62.0% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P0.05).The treatments in either group could improve the levels of serum IL-2,TNF-α,E2,FSH and LH.The differences in the results after treatment were significant statistically in comparison between two groups(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment in the treatment group remarkably improved the dynamic ovarian blood flow,presenting the statistical significant difference(P0.05).The improvement of the clinical symptom scores indicated the statistical significant difference in comparison between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Zishen yijing huoxue tang achieves the significant clinical efficacy on POF.
