Abstract
The experimental research on the advantages of oxygen-enriched combustion and the characteristics of sewage sludge was carried out in a CFB incinerator, the diameter of whose furnace is 100 mm. The experimental analysis was made on the combustion characteristics of fuels with different mass rate under the oxygen concentrations of 21%—35%. The effects of oxygen content and fluid bed temperature on composition in flue gas were discussed. The results show that combustion characteristics vary with different mixing rate between coal and sludge under different oxygen atmosphere. With constant amount of fuel and increase of oxygen content, the total air volume decreases, the furnace temperature increases gradually and SO2and NOxconcentrations tend to increase, which is beneficial to the removal of SO2and NOx. NOxconcentration increases gradually as fluid bed temperature increases.
