Contract Management Pattern in the International Construction Market

Abstract
This paper first introduces the development and experience in international construction market from the relationship between project management model and project procurement route,and contract risk management and contract strategy. Then, it analyzes the function of project procurement route in developing contract strategies. Finally, it presents the logical framework of contract strategy and contract risk management to improve construction contract management for Chinese construction industry.
