Preparation and quality control of compound clotrimazole gel

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study gel of compound clotrimazole.METHODS The gel was prepared by clotrimazole and urea,determined with clotrimazole and urea.RESULTS The average of clotrimazole was 90%～110%.The average recovery of urea was 98.62%,RSD 0.28%(n=9).the effective was 88.06%.CONCLUSION This gel is simple in preparing process,stable,the quality can be controlled and the curative effect is definite.
