Adding Normal Saline MSCTU Shown in the Value of the Ureter

Objective MSCT angiography of the ureter in the urinary system technologies and effect the whole show.Methods Select no serious renal dysfunction,no bilateral urinary tract obstruction in cases of spiral CT scan of the 60 cases,including 30 cases of contrast media injection 90 ~ 100ml,30 cases other adding 60ml normal saline,the CT reconstruction,on the whole ureterdisplay were compared.Results A group of 30 patients with simple injection of contrast media agent,renal pelvis,ureter and bladder 15min whole section full of urinary tract showed 8 patients(8 / 30),accounting for 26.6%;22 cases failed to show lower ureter(22/30),accounting for 73.3%.Second group of 30 patients after injection of contrast media agent adding 60ml normal saline,renal pelvis,ureter and bladder 15min whole section shows all 25 cases of urinary tract(25/30),accounting for 83.3%,of which 12 patients with unilateral ureteral obstruction is not filling,healthy sidewhole section of pelvis and ureter and bladder filling;5 patients failed to show lower ureter(5 / 30),accounting for 16.6%.Conclusion Adding normal saline after injection of contrast media agent,helps to improve the display rate of the entire urinary system,and shorten the entire urinary tract filling time.
