The Manual Programming of NC Lathe Based on 802S/C System

Abstract

Comparing NC lathe with ordinary lathe,this article introduces the technological process of parts machining by NC lathe.Meanwhile,it takes the NC lathe of Simens 802S/C system as an example and makes the manual programming and simulated machining for typical parts.It describes the using of LCYC95 and LCYC97 in the NC lathe of Simensi 802S/C system.
