Abstract
With HNO3~HClO4(4+1) wet indesgition method to pretreat samples, the contents of four elements Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn in Corn had been determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. And the recovery rate of 97%~99% for Fe,95%~100% for Mn,95%~103% for Cu,100%~104% for Zn were obtained. The average rate was 95%~104%.RSD was 0.1%~0.9%.It was shown that the method was reliable for the test of precision and accuracy.
