Abstract

Systemization is the inherent requirement of the Civil Code,our Civil Code should have the character of opening and stability,and embody the spirit humanism.So the system of Civil Code should be structured as the followings:general principles,the right of the person,property right,liability for tort,legal application of the civil relations concerning foreign affairs.
