Abstract

After the comparison study on the cultivation characteristics about mycelial growth, fruitbody growth and quality of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Pers.in the composts with seven different C/N treatments. Then selected the most suitable C/N of composts. The results of the experiment showed that mycelial and fruitbody of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Pers.could growed in every treatment, but it had obvious differece in the treatments.Mycelial of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Pers.growed rapidly, vigorous, pure white and bushy when the C/N were about 28∶1 to 38∶1,they had no obvious difference. But had significance difference with other treatments. The result indicated that the biological efficiency was increasing step by step when C/N was increasing from 23∶1 to 38∶1,the biological efficiency was the highest when the C/N was 38∶1.Then the biological efficiency was depressing gradually over and above 38∶1 in the treatments. As a whole, comparing to that of the nutrition growth and procreation growth. The optimum C/N of Hericium erinaceus(Bull.)Pers.with compost was 38∶1.
